These fast release liquid gels do not contain nasal decongestant, sodium, sugar or alcohol and are suitable to consume by people with high blood pressure and people with diabetes. The active ingredients are dextromethorphan HBr and guaifenesin. This product contains 16 liquid gels and can be used by adults and children 12 years and over.
